Who we are
Leonard Peters Consulting Limited are a Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health design consultancy, founded by Sam Leonard and Michael Peters. We have in place a team to provide a full range of design and drawing services with full admin support.
At Leonard Peters Consulting we take pride in delivering high quality, detailed designs. We thrive on assisting our clients to deliver varying scale-projects to the highest levels of industry standards. We strive to maintain a consistent, proactive approach to our time management and meeting program deadlines, and we will always adopt a friendly approach to achieve solutions to the most challenging of design scenarios.

The team at Leonard Peters Consulting have a vast amount of experience in all sectors of building services. Both of the directors and the staff have worked with blue chip clients in the successful delivery of numerous large scale projects as well as smaller churn projects.
No matter the size of the project, the directors at LPC ensure that they have a personal investment in each project and as such are always present from the start to finish of every project LPC are involved with.
The LPC team believe it is critical to build relationships with all members of the project team, from the end user to the teams on site and as such our view is that this results in a quick response to any design developments that may occur throughout a project.
Our Approach
Lighting and emergency lighting calculations to be carried out in Dialux or Relux software
The LPC team produce detailed lighting calculations for all projects complete with comprehensive lighting manufacturers data to produce real time results and 3D visuals
Produce fully detailed design drawings for the MEPH systems
The LPC team have exhaustive experience designing MEPH services for all stages of the RIBA system from stage 1 through to stage 7
LPC ensure that all services are fully coordinated and as such provide sections and elevations through pinch point areas
We feel it is imperative to carry out design team workshops with the professional team to maximise design coordination
