Assessing a building / premises upon a tenant leaving. The landlord will look to us to review the maintenance and repairs required during and at the end of the lease.

We interrogate the designs produced by independent suppliers to not only see where we can save the client or contractor money but make sure they comply with the regulations and codes of practice.

Reviewing a project (prior to a client starting or instructing the works) to review whether the location can deliver the clients vision for the project.

Taking the client brief and developing this into a scheme design. Creating smaller less detailed drawings, that can be sent to the quantity surveyor for him to produce budgets.
