Leonard Peters is an independent group of consultancies
offering fully integrated MEPH design and commissioning management services. Founded in 2020, we began as a specialist design consultancy focused on Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health systems. As our projects and partnerships grew, so did the need for clearer alignment between design and delivery—leading to the launch of our commissioning arm in 2024.
Today, we operate as one team across two disciplines:

Sam is a co-founder of Leonard Peters, bringing over 18 years of experience as a Director and engineer in design consultancy. He also played a key role in developing LPM, the preconstruction and commissioning management arm of the business.
With deep expertise in construction, Sam has been actively involved in projects from initial conception through to completion. His enthusiasm for each project consistently fosters strong working relationships within both design and construction teams, enabling quick and effective responses to project demands and pressures.
Sam's strong industry relationships have been a key factor in the continued growth of both LPC and LPM, expanding our project portfolio across a wide range of sectors.
